Nausherwan read his Electronics Engineering from University of Hull with high first class honours and completed his MBA from Ashridge Business School in the UK that specialises in Strategy, Leadership and Change. He has thrice served as elected member of the Ashridge Alumni Board in an advisory capacity to help promote, grow and strengthen their alumni communities.

Based in Canada, Dr. Basadur is a recognized world leader in the field of applied innovation with over 30 years of experience in building creative thinking, strategic innovation and problem solving capabilities across organisations. He has helped numerous industry leaders, including Procter & Gamble, Frito-Lay, Microsoft, Nordea Bank and Pfizer, to involve employees at every level in using their creativity to generate hundreds of millions of dollars in new products, revenues and cost savings. His work is noted for its applicability and scalability within organisations.

He specialises in strategic thinking, innovation, execution, the challenges of building market-focused organisations, and leader development. He is also affiliated with Change Logic LLC, a Boston based consulting firm that focuses on intact executive team workouts.
Ute Hagen is a passionate Brand Strategist and People Developer with more than 30 years of consumer marketing and people development experience in various categories and regions around the globe. During her 25-year career as International Marketing and Business Executive at Procter & Gamble, she created more than $800Million in new annual revenues and impacted the Marketing Organization in their Brand Building capabilities. Ute earned her BA in Business Administration from the Foster School of Business in Seattle, WA and her MBA from the Harvard Business School in Boston, MA.
Currently a Fellow of the RSA, and educated at St Catherine’s College, Oxford, where he read English Language and Literature, Roger is Dean of Qualifications and Professor of Practice at Ashridge. His special interests are helping others to understand the roles of authenticity, emotional intelligence, ethics, values, principles and integrity in leadership, and the development of ethical decision making methodologies.
Muhammad Akram Malik
Akram has had an illustrious career spanning 30 years in the petrochemicals and chemicals industry, where he worked in senior technical and corporate roles in major multinationals including ICI, Exxon Chemicals and BP (formerly Union Texas Inc) in Pakistan. Since taking early retirement from ICI Pakistan in 2005 where he was General Manager, Corporate Technical, he has been consulting with organisations based in the UK, Middle East and Pakistan in areas including manufacturing and operational excellence, project management, vendor management and succession planning.
